my sound track

If your life were a film, what would its soundtrack be?

So, here’s how it works:
1. Open your music library. (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc.)
2. Put it on shuffle.
3. Press play.
4. For every question, type the name of the song that’s playing.
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button.
6. Don’t lie and try to pretend you’re cool.
7. When you’re finished, tag some other people to do it!

Opening Credits:
“Runaway” by Janet Jackson
i guess the opening notes of the song would make an interesting beginning…

Waking Up:
“What’s Up” by 4 Non-Blondes (D.J. Miko remix)
“so i wake in the morning and i step outside / and i take a deep breath and i get real high…”
uhh okay.

First Day At School:
“If” by Janet Jackson
another JJ song? hmmm. if what?

Falling In Love:
“Change on Me” by the Party
oh, this song is the story of my love life. *sigh*

Fight Song:
“I’m Like A Bird” by Nelly Furtado
heehee, not exactly a *fight* song…

Breaking Up:
“Every Breath You Take” by Police
oh, okay, fight song as in you were fighting. i was thinking high school rah-rah type of song. okay, “i’m like a bird” could be an excuse for the fight. but this song as the breaking up song? creeeeeeepy.

“Big Yellow Taxi” by the Counting Crows (featuring Vanessa Carlton)

“Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough” by Michael Jackson
that’s good, but hopefully you don’t stop even when you do have enough

Making babies:
“Open Your Heart” by Madonna
heh. no comment.

Mental Breakdown:
“SexyBack” by Justin Timberlake

“Hero” by Nickelback
well i don’t like driving, so if i could fly…

“Private Affair” by the Party
party again? *sigh* some shuffle this is. but i do love this song. not really relevant for a flashback, though.

Getting back together:
“Glamorous Life” by Sheila E.
heeheeheeheeeheehee without love, it ain’t much…

“Peace, Love, and Understanding” by Elvis Costello
what’s so funny, indeed.

Birth of Child:
“Nasty” by Janet Jackson
*grumbling about so-called “shuffle”* and i guess the birth itself is nasty, but not having the child…

Final Battle:
“U Can’t Touch This” by MC Hammer
heeheeheeheeheehee i’m just picturing trying to escape doing that little move he does side-to-side with the baggy pants, yelling out to my enemies, “you can’t touch this!” heeheeheeheehee

Death Scene:
“Devil Inside” by INXS
ooo. won’t touch that one.

Funeral Song:
“There She Goes” by Sixpence None The Richer

End Credits:
“Push It” by Salt-n-Pepa
